The line can produce the PP-R,PP-E,PE and PU pipe with high speed.Ans its products have been reached the standard of GB/T-18742.2-2003 approved by China State Chemical Test Center.PE-RT and PEX pipe reached and standard of GB/T18992.2=2--3.The produiction line consisits of control system,extruder,die head, vacuum calirbation unit and haul-off and cutting units,printer and stacler and pipe collector,The die head adopt basket type or spiral type mould, The static vacuum calibration unit and spraying cooling bath:Two section vacuum calibration unit, perfect water temperature, water lever and flow rate control to guarantee the pipe quality.After simply changing the section of line, equipped with different dies, screws and other accessories,it machine apply the PLC control system and color screen with high automation.
